Elizabeth Allen, PhD
Founder & Principal

With 11 years of experience conducting impactful research, Elizabeth has shaped the design of dozens of websites, apps, services, and physical products. Her experience is complemented by a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, which gives her a deep understanding of how users learn, remember, and think.

Elizabeth frequently speaks on topics related to UX at conferences and events, and serves as a Co-Chair for the User Experience Professionals’ Association Conference, a Content Advisor for The UX Research Conference, and a Course Instructor for O’Reilly Media.

As Principal of Brazen, Elizabeth leads all research projects and workshops, and loves nothing more than helping companies challenge long-held assumptions about their users' needs.
